SMILING CARCASS'S TWO-PENNETH

Debt.

There are many ways to control people.

One could threaten physical harm. That might work on a personal level- one to one.

One might offer great rewards for subservience. That too might work on a personal level.

But take the masses, where there may be dissenters, whatever the threat, whatever the reward.

How then, should we deal with this problem?

Debt; control debt, you control the money supply, you control the people.

It is not about money- it is about lack of money- debt.

  2. Yes I agree ! DEBT is the controller of many people lives styles today in the UK .Should It continue to roll on, then who or what is to blame? What comfort is it to those who are strangled in debt for what ever reason .Surely this is & must be a responsibility of government ? Their are those in debt due to sickness, accident & other forms of self injury & infliction & false seduction by Banks . Care in the community is not totally about money it is about a Government that starts to recognise it’s failings and if does not ,then can surely accept & expect it’s own obvious rewards ! People do not remain ignorant of their situation eternally.
May I come back to you & ask you for your reply to your question How then should we deal with this problem ?

    • Actually, Methusalada the question was rhetorical; I was posing the question for those that wish to rule- how do they deal with the masses? By keeping them debt ridden- whether the comparatively wealthy through mortgages, or the poor through just not having enough to live on.

Debt is the answer to the control of the masses.

But to answer the question as you perceived it, to me the answer is simple; redistribution of wealth.

If the proletariat can bail out bankers to the tune of billions, the bourgeoisie can bail out the poor.
